Job Summary:
The Sales Professional is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, community partners, and potential clients.
Sales Professional responsibilities include:
Work with FirstLight's leadership team to build relationships in the Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven and Dunwoody Communities.
Partner closely with RN's, Care Coordinators, Caregivers, Operations Leadership.
Ensure smooth onboarding and continuity of care for new clients.
Communicate client needs, expectations, and service details clearly to internal teams.
Support coordination efforts to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct in-person visits with referral partners, prospective clients and community organizations.
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with: Hospitals, Rehab facilities, Assisted living Communities, Physicians, Case Managers, Senior centers and community organizations.
Represent company at local trade shows, health fairs and industry events.
Track weekly outreach activity and referral development.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth goals.
Provide regular updates to leadership on market trends and opportunities.
Support social media and digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness.
Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives.
Preferred Experience, but not required:
Background in sales, business development, marketing, networking or community relations.
Experience with the Senior Care community such as hospital, social work, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, nursing home, home care, home health care is beneficial.
Familiarity with CRM Systems and Microsoft/Google tools.
