    Rapidly growing company focusing on innovative technology is seeking a Sales Professional. The location is Sarasota, Florida.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to establish and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers and drive sales of luxury products or services. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, possess excellent product knowledge, and have a deep understanding of the luxury market.

    · Proactively identify and target potential high-end customers through research, referrals, networking, and attending relevant events. Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients based on trust and personalized attention.

    · Deliver an unparalleled customer experience by understanding clients' needs, preferences, and expectations. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, anticipate customer requirements, and offer tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.

    · Achieve or surpass sales targets by proactively promoting and selling luxury products or services to high-end clients. Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand clients' desires, present the value proposition of products or services, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.

    · Acquire in-depth knowledge about the unique characteristics, craftsmanship, and brand heritage of the offerings to confidently educate and advise clients.

    · Foster long-term relationships with high-end clients by providing ongoing support, personalized recommendations, and after-sales service. Maintain a client database, track customer preferences, and follow up on inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

    · Coordinate with company-wide team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Contribute to product development by providing feedback and suggestions based on client interactions.

    · Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the luxury segment. Identify new business opportunities, assess market demands, and make recommendations to enhance the product/service offerings or sales strategies.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    · Proven history of success in sales, preferably within the luxury or high-end market.

    · Exceptional people skills with the ability to build trust, establish rapport, and communicate effectively with affluent clients.

    · Purposeful mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach.

    · Initiative-taking and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    · Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    · Proficient in using CRM systems, sales software, and other relevant tools.

    · Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
