Why Work With Us? • You'll make a real difference for families navigating complex legal issues • You'll be part of a team that values compassion, professionalism, and excellence • You'll grow with a forward-thinking firm that supports innovation and teamwork Compensation: • Base Salary: $55,000 per year • Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses with earning potential of $80,000+ Work Location: • Primary: South Lyon, MI • Local Travel: Occasional travel to meet clients in Oakland/Wayne counties • Remote Option: Hybrid schedule available after onboarding/training Responsibilities: • Connect with prospective clients (warm leads only - no cold calling) • Conduct consultations via phone, video or in-person • Travel occasionally within Oakland and Wayne Counties to meet clients • Manage the client intake pipeline using our CRM system • Implement post-engagement follow-up systems to maintain strong relationships • Contribute to firm goals and work collaboratively with a results-driven team • Help potential clients understand potential solutions to their problems with empathy (without giving legal advice or entering into legal contracts) • Utilize previous experience in selling premium products such as jewelry, cars, luxurious apparel, property, time-shares, or similar professional services. Qualifications: • Proven success in a sales role in a dynamic sales environment • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to connect emotionally and build relationships with clients • Energetic and positive with a strong internal drive to meet and exceed goals • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM software • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative, mission-focused environment (Legal experience is not required) Compensation: $55,000 per year + monthly performance bonus
