You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities: • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Contact potential leads who are pre-qualified, without cold calling, to schedule appointments • Establish connections with new clients to build lasting relationships • Develop expertise in our products to effectively address customer needs • Highlight product features that directly solve customer problems • Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently • Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors • Manage contact lists and proactively follow up with customers to nurture relationships Qualifications: • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Must be able to pass a background check and reside in the USA with authorization to work • Should possess a computer/laptop equipped with a camera, microphone, and reliable Internet service • Must either have or be willing to promptly obtain a Life Insurance license in their respective state (typically a 2 - 4 week process) • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a desire to assist individuals by offering solutions • Display perseverance, determination, and a proactive work ethic • Willingness to learn and be receptive to coaching opportunities Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ yearly commission only
