We are searching for an exceptional Sales Professional to join our team, engage discerning clients, and guide them in discovering the perfect Jacuzzi for their home, representing an iconic brand during an exciting period of growth

    What You'll Do:

    • Master the art of consultative selling , guiding clients through the benefits and features of our luxury Hot Tubs and other wellness products including Swim Spas, Saunas, and Cold Plunges, and Massage Chairs.
    • Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships, from initial inquiry to post-sale satisfaction.
    • Drive high-value sales by expertly managing cycles from lead to close, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
    • Contribute to a high-energy, supportive showroom culture that prioritizes client experience and team success.
    • Upselling water care and product maintenance service plans
    • Coordinate post-sale delivery and installation logistics.

    What You Bring:

    • 5+ years of proven success in high-ticket sales (e.g., luxury goods, automotive, real estate, or wellness/spa products).
    • Exceptional consultative selling skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and a strong ability to manage a robust sales pipeline.
    • Outstanding negotiation and closing abilities, with a history of quantifiable sales achievements (e.g., "Top 10% of sales team with $1M+ annual revenue").
    • A charismatic, self-motivated, and results-driven demeanor with a professional presence.
    • Familiarity with the wellness, luxury retail, or home improvement sectors is preferred.

    Mike’s Factory Direct was established in 1999 in beautiful Fairfield County, CT. We are a family owned business and come from humble beginnings, starting off with only a 100 sq. ft of warehouse space and a pickup truck. Since then we have experienced a tremendous amount of growth. We are not in a retail space; in fact, you would probably miss us if you were just driving by. We keep it simple with 7,500 sq. ft. of combined showroom & warehouse spaces, a couple showroom sales people and a couple service/delivery guys.

    We’ve been told a thousand times “we didn’t know what to expect when we came here but we have to admit we’re pleasantly surprised by the quality and price of your products!” People often tell us that we are the best kept secret around and I respond by saying “we’re not trying to be”. The fact that we personally deliver 90% of what leaves our warehouse makes it an easy decision to drive an hour or 2 or 3 to save thousands of dollars knowing you don’t have to rent a U haul or borrow someone’s truck. We definitely are not the largest retailer and may never be; but we pride ourselves on the best service & value anywhere in our local area.

    Well that’s our story, we started in a 100 sq. ft. storage locker, my office was the front seat of my pickup truck and today we all have our own desks in our 4,000 sq. ft Westport showroom, and a separate 3,500 sq. ft. inventory warehouse. We have personally delivered as far south as Philadelphia and as far north as the Canadian border. We don’t let little things like distance and logistics stand in our way of making someone happy.
