    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and self-motivated Project Consultant to join our team. The Project Consultant will play a key role in managing customer relationships, guiding customers through the selection process, and coordinating project details from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, have attention to detail, integrity, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

    In this role, you will be the primary partner for both contractor and residential customers in building out their project plan. You will be most successful when you are organized and attentive to customer needs and project details and ensure constant and effective communication with customers. You will garner necessary information about the project and guide the customer through your knowledge and experience to ensure the project result is exceptional and exceeds their expectations. This balance between inquisition and knowledge sharing will help as you build relationships and rapport with each individual person/project.

    List of Responsibilities:

    Daily:

    Open up the Showroom

    Ensure space is clean, stocked and ready for a successful day of business

    Welcome customers as they arrive

    Warmly greet them, ask probing questions to determine if this is their first time visiting the showroom or if they are returning to meet with assigned Project Consultant

    If first visit, get to know the customer and project desires, offering experience and expertise as needed, explain selection options and project process

    Guide stone selection process

    Set appropriate expectations for follow up including timing for next steps

    Bid Writing

    Gather data (homeowner/contractor contact information, project specifications, drawings/dimensions)

    Consult with Brian/Brandon on unique project details

    Determine square footage, run pricing through Excel formula to determine project estimates and gain bid input from other Project Consultants

    Finalize quote and send to customer

    Additional Ongoing Project Follow Ups

    Check-in on customer decision process and answer questions

    Input CRM system to ensure communication and timeliness of project details

    Secure and record down payment and begin the internal process to execute job

    Update sales book/board daily to track MTD goal

    Garner necessary signatures along the way to ensure transparency and project efficiency

    Maintain project folders by routinely updating with new, key details

    Collect sink and faucet details for project and communicate information accordingly

    Ensure all aspects of the project are scheduled and communicated: measure, programing, installation and communicate to necessary person(s)

    Create Invoice for project, send to customer/contractor, and collect payment

    Scan documents as necessary

    Miscellaneous

    Answer phones

    Light cleaning

    Assist with inventory management

    Train new team members

    Update website/social media/etc of business/holiday hours

    Keep website current on stone options available

    Complete Thank you cards at completion of project

    Ensure sales paperwork and documentation is up-to-date and accurate

    Monthly

    Maintain relationships with contractors, designers, homeowners, and suppliers to keep Paramount front and center

    Create and execute social media content, across all platforms, for the month

    Brainstorm and prioritize ideas to increase sales. Assist with executing lead generation initiatives

    Assist in ordering of supplies: stone, sinks, glue, miscellaneous

    Projects run smoothly: organized, on time, error free
