    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct roof inspections and damage assessments
    • Assist homeowners with insurance claim processes

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
    • Access to pickup truck (or ability to obtain within 60 days)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous sales experience is great, but not required (training provided for qualified candidates)

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary plus commission structure for first 90 days
    • Transition to uncapped commission after probationary period
