About the Role:

Be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional flooring solutions to our clients. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Project Manager. The Sales Project Manager will oversee flooring projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budget. This individual will play a vital role in minimizing delays and driving project success.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to streamline project execution and maintain quality standards.

Track project budgets and timelines, adjusting as necessary to meet client expectations.

Prepare and present project proposals and updates to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project phases.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.

Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Salary:

$50,000 base salary + commission.
