About the Role:

Silvercomm Connect Professionals LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales & Project Manager to join their growing team in Narvon, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of both client relationships and project execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Responsibilities:

Drive new business development through prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to align resources and meet project milestones

Track and report on sales pipeline, project status, and key performance metrics

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements:

Proven experience in a combined sales and project management role

Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail

Business, Communications, or a related field preferred 5+ years

Local candidates in or near Narvon, PA strongly preferred

This travel my include most of PA and surrounding States (Fuel Mileage is reimbursed)

Telecommunications and or Networking experience only

Reliable Transportation

Valid DL
