Entry Level Medical Device Sales - Chicago
We're recruiting for an entry-level 1-3 years of professional work expsierience preferably sales-related. We are recruiting for a home-based ( Chicagoland) Outside Sales Representative position to sell our client's surgical and dental visual enhancement devices. Our client's products are used daily throughout the world during lifesaving micro-surgical operations and cutting-edge dental procedures.
You will be responsible for the Chicago-based territory, calling on Surgeons, Hospitals, Operating Rooms, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Surgical Residency Programs, Dental Schools, and Dental Hygiene Schools.
The candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and career-oriented. This is an excellent opportunity to establish a career in medical device sales with a well-known and respected leader in their field.
This exclusive territory will be based in Chicago and requires about 45% travel both inside and outside the territory. You will also be required to attend/travel to 8-10 trade shows a year.
Responsibilities and Duties
85% of your activity will be following up on leads provided to you by the company. You must organize your own travel schedule and maintain your own calendar of appointments. You are expected to meet with medical and dental professionals that want to see you throughout your exclusive territory demonstrating our Magnification and Illumination solutions. Besides the opportunities covering the territory, the company attends several dozen professional meetings throughout the country and our sales representatives are each assigned to 8-12 of these a year.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, be organized, self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. Must enjoy travel. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED.
