    Sales Recruiters Chicago has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager – North America. the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all sales activities, including developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts and implementing sales strategies. He/she will also be managing field sales representatives and groups selling company's fans and air purifiers, humidifiers into retail stores such as Bed Bath & Beyond, ACE Hardware, True Value, Amazon.

     REPORTING STRUCTURE

    This position will report directly to the President, CEO of the company.

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Sr. Sales Manager – North America will be involved in a number of key strategic initiatives including:

    · Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers

    · Successfully building sales volumes, maintaining and grow profitability

    · Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships

    · Analyzing account requirements and develop penetration plans to increase market share

    · Developing, coordinating, and implementing Account Plans, including tailored value propositions.

    · Negotiating/generating agreements with each account, coordinating and driving account promotions

    · Managing and maintaining strong relationship with Field Sales Representative and Groups

    · Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing effective sales strategies

    · Writing internal weekly reports to management to communicate all business issues and competitive information.

    QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED

    · Bachelor’s degree in business, sales and marketing, or related field

    · Proven track record (5+) years in a sales/account management role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

    · Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

    · Strong business sense and industry expertise

    · Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

    · Exceptional communication and presentation skills

    · Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

    · Must be Self-motivated, self-disciplined professional and result-driven

    · Experience in pricing and profit analyzing

    · Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

    · Experience in housewares category or consumer durables

    · Willing to travel
