    Sales Recruiters Chicago is looking for a Head of Sales for our client in the Chicago Area. Our client is a market research and global consulting firm who leads the industry. They have multiple offices throughout the United States, conformed by social scientists, strategists and storytellers who gather high value data and insights for their costumers.

    Business Development

    • Responsibilities:
      • Acquire new logos and grow new revenue for THP SaaS platform
      • Define and prioritize the market segments, customer base, and targeted industry verticals
      • Build a solid operating cadence and team/individual focus around the pipeline, forecasting, deal review, sales execution and revenue realization.
      • Apply value-based solution selling techniques and develop a culture of consultative sales.
      • Recruit and hire top talent providing career development and performance management so that at least 75% exceed quota and we experience no more than 10% regrettable attrition
      • Setting a strategic sales roadmap for target markets and ensuring it is aligned with the organization’s strategic direction
      • Develop sales processes for achieving sales objectives and replicating a desired level of performance that drives scale and profitability by professionalizing sales execution
      • Collaborate with our customers success team to drive adoption and minimize customer churn. Collaborate with our marketing team to drive MQLs.
      • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annually)
    • Qualifications:
      • 10+ years demonstrated success in growth/sales roles for marketing technology and/or B2B SaaS enterprises
      • 5+ years in a senior sales leadership position
      • Proven success exceeding sales quotas
      • Established contacts and relationships with potential customers in key markets
      • Experience managing and scaling a large, field sales organization with a specific sales methodology & sales funnel management
      • Experience managing an inside sales organization with specific high velocity playbooks
      • Deep experience with Salesforce.com CRM
      • Familiarity with technology and start-up culture preferred
