    Our client the country's leading manufacturer of capital equipment machines in the shredding industry across the USA. Shredding, Recycling. They manufacture the world's most robust and reliable shredders and grinders for size reduction and recycling of plastic, wood, and paper. 

    The Territory Sales representative will be responsible for the sale of shredding and grinding machines into industrial and commercial industries to manage their waste. Pallet, plastic, Paper, distribution centers Menards, Costco, Hobby Lobby. These are large capital equipment machines the destroy wood, metal, paper, regardless of size - think grinding plastic wood and steel on an industrial level.

    Position Summary:

    Our client manufactures and sells a complete line of Shredding Machinery into compact multiple industries where these systems are required Such verticals include but are not limited to Recycling, Manufacturers, Forestry, Packaging companies, Plastic Recyclers, Manufactures of Furniture, Inventory management companies, warehouses, and companies who need to consolated access waste. 

    Our client makes it possible for the plants to shred industrial waste includes all plastics, wood, fibrous scrap, paper, cardboard, and other materials. Fitting our Shredder Infeed Conveyors with Metal Detectors and/or strong overhead magnets relieves the stream of ferrous & nonferrous metals before shredding the materials to a flake or particle that will be acceptable for the plant’s burner feed pipe. 

    The engineering, design, and manufacturing of complete turnkey installations for every recycling environment including shredders for the size-reduction of plastics, paper, wood, fiber & other such materials used as alternative fuels in the cement industry and others. Conveyors & weigh belts, storage capacity with moving floors and metered discharge, disc & trommel screens for perfect flake size classification, metal detectors, magnets, and every other component – are all designed to your applicatiAlternative fuel on specifications.

    This individual will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales, outside sales, and communications skills using a courteous and knowledgeable approach.

    The Sales Representative will also develop his/her revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and an establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers leading to future sales.

    Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role. The ideal candidate would have experience selling Capital Equipment.

    Experience in industrial sales, shredding sales, compactor sales, bailing, recycling sales, selling capital equipment from an OEM

    Mission

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of sales in the assigned territory through the integration of new dealers and direct animation of existing partners and in turn, creating profitable growth.

    About the Position:

    • Capital Equipment experience (at least 5 years)

    • Self-starter with a proven track record of successful sales growth revenue

    • Proven ability to establish trust with customers, dealers, and fellow employees

    • 20% travel

    • Member of a team of 3 outside salespeople responsible for maintaining a network of dealerships and covering domestic sales.

    • Salesforce savvy, or solid experience with other similar CRM

    • Ability to responsibly and effectively work from remote locations

    • High integrity and a genuine love for people

    Knowledge

    Business to Business sales strategy, industrial/ manufacturing management, and strong mechanical or technical aptitude preferred

    Education Requirements

    University Degree or extended field experience is required
