Your mission is singular: recruit, vet, and hire a high-performance sales team of 10 Sales Representatives and 1 Sales Manager by May 1st. If you are a hunter who knows how to find "closers" and thrives in a deadline-driven environment, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring funnel from sourcing to onboarding.
Targeted Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and local networks to find top sales talent in the construction and home services industry.
Rigorous Vetting: Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to identify high-grit candidates who can sell in the Bloomington market.
Strategic Hiring: Identify and land a proven Sales Manager to lead the newly formed team.
Deadline Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline to ensure the "11 Hires by May 1st" quota is met without compromise on quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales recruiting (Construction, Roofing, or Home Services experience is a major plus).
