Role Summary
Full-cycle contract recruiter supporting Distribution/Sales recruiting team for large enterprise client. Partners directly with hiring managers, collaborates with sourcing and coordination teams, and owns the candidate experience from screen to offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for Sales/Distribution roles.
• Hiring manager advisory and influence.
• Internal applicant pool management.
• Pipeline building and talent community development.
• Cross-functional partnership with Finance, Comp, and Employee Success.
• Contributing to team-level recruiting strategy and pipeline health reviews.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, with Sales/Distribution role focus
• Able to come onsite in San Francisco office
• Strong hiring manager influence skills at senior/executive level.
• ATS proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Degree or equivalent experience.
