    We're recruiting a sales professional with 5+ years of successful commercial HVAC sales experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The successful candidate will have consistently met quotas and is open to a role that offers learning and growth with potential for promotion within a year or two.

    We have been retained by a Texas-based HVAC company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee with a competitive salary, bonus, commission, benefits, and covered expenses, including a car allowance and gas card. The company values a family-friendly culture and work-life balance and has many long-serving employees.

    Key Performance Objectives:

    • 1\. Achieve a sales revenue target of $3-5 million while maintaining a gross profit margin within the 35-45% range.
    • 2\. Cultivate strong relationships that establish our company as the preferred choice for commercial customers in the manufacturing, government, education (including colleges and schools), and municipal sectors.
    • 3\. Develop a rapport and foster open, trusting communication with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • 4\. Work closely with all company team members to develop proposals and identify potential revenue-generating opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Locate and secure mid-range ($30,000 - $500,000) commercial HVAC opportunities
    • Respond to customer requests for quotes
    • Conduct site visits
    • Review equipment and scope of work
    • Identify site challenges and necessary materials
    • Communicate effectively with customers, prospects, and manufacturers
    • Support the growth of new and current business
    • Maintain organization, especially during peak activity seasons

    Travel: This mainly occurs within the company's primary focus area of DFW and other parts of TX. However, the territory is mostly local.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    1. 5 or more years of hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC industry, including installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
    2. Proven success in actively selling HVAC systems to cities, municipalities, and industrial facilities, with a comprehensive understanding of the unique requirements and regulations of these clients
    3. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving multi-million dollar sales and revenues, including details of specific accomplishments or major contracts secured
    4. Proficiency in utilizing Excel and other specialized HVAC software for creating accurate and comprehensive quotes and proposals, highlighting specific systems or software platforms you are familiar with
