    We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Representative position in a Medical Device Outside Sales position in Baltimore, MD. The successful candidate will be selling our clients' Medical Devices. Our client is an innovative leader in the Surgical Magnification/Illumination industry. Their products are used daily worldwide during lifesaving microsurgical operations and cutting-edge dental procedures.

    Territory: Includes Baltimore and surrounding suburbs, Northern MD, and the Eastern Shore, Southeast, PA., Southern NJ, and Delaware. 1-3 overnights per month.

    This is a home-based position. You must currently live in Baltimore to be considered for the role. The position requires about 35% travel both inside and outside the territory.

    Qualified applicants will have 1-5 years of successful sales experience. We would consider an entry-level candidate with the right background.

    You will join a growing company and sell our client's surgical and dental visual enhancement. You will call on Surgeons, Hospitals, Operating Rooms, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Surgical Residency Programs, Dental Schools, Dental Hygiene Schools, and ophthalmologists.

    Responsibilities and Duties: 85% of your activity will be following up on leads provided to you by the company. You must organize your travel schedule and maintain your calendar of appointments. You are expected to meet with medical and dental professionals who want to see you throughout your exclusive territory, demonstrating our Magnification and Illumination solutions. Besides the opportunities covering the territory, the company attends several dozen professional meetings throughout the country, and our sales representatives are each assigned to 8 of these a year.

    Qualifications and Skills: Qualified applicants will have 1-5 years of successful sales experience. We would consider an entry-level candidate with the right background. The successful candidate will call on Surgeons, Hospitals, Operating Rooms, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Surgical Residency Programs, Dental Schools, Dental Hygiene Schools, and Ophthalmologists. The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, be organized and self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. Must enjoy travel.
