Regional Sales Manager - Architectural Sales & Product Specifications
We're recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for our client’s demountable wall systems (partition and modular walls) for the Dallas FW Metroplex territory. The ideal candidate will be experienced in architectural products and commercial construction. The ideal candidate would be someone that has experience in the walls business within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
We are looking for the following: Candidates with a mix of sales experience, project management, and technical knowledge of the construction industry who is currently calling on dealers, designers, and the A&D community of DFW.
Architectural Products – Reps from manufacturers or independent rep groups such as acoustic product solutions, specialty glass, ceiling systems, flooring systems, specialty door systems, modular, prefab or sustainable construction solutions
Contract Furniture Dealers – Sales rep that has an interest in new growth opportunities in Walls/ Construction
Acoustic Consultants, Acoustic Engineers, or salespersons in this field who have an interest in acoustics and who are considered when specifying architectural products/ wall systems.
We are open to:
Designers/ Engineers/Architects – who have experience working on commercial projects in business segments of corporate office, healthcare, or higher education. with a strong understanding of construction.
General Contractors or Sales/ BD / Project Managers in the construction industry working within- Law Firms, Financial Institutions, Energy, Biotech/ Pharma, and Higher Education sectors.
Project Managers, Project Support, and Cost Managers who work to oversee construction projects for end-user clients (particularly commercial interiors, and architectural products).
If you are familiar with architectural products such as acoustic product solutions, specialty glass, ceiling systems, flooring systems, specialty door systems, modular, prefab, or sustainable construction solutions, we want to talk with you.

Law Firms, Financial, Energy, Healthcare, Higher Education
The focus of the successful candidate:
Will be to drive new business, supporting dealers and direct business.
Develop and execute sales strategies for our client's partitioning systems.
Identify new customers, both direct and dealers, within Dallas, Texas.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Collaborate with the team to develop resources to support the sales process.
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct sales and dealer partners.
Visit general contractors and architects to grow sales.
Visit dealers to provide guidance to optimize their sales efforts on new projects.
* Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
* Work remotely, travel within the assigned territory as required (up to 50% travel), and travel internationally to company headquarters when required.
