Outside Sales Rep - Medical Device Sales Professional Western Connecticut
We are recruiting for an Outside Sales Professional to sell our client's medical devices. The candidate should be a recent college graduate or Entry Level Sales or 1-3 years of Outside Sales experience. Our client is an innovative leader in surgical and dental visual enhancement. Their products are used daily throughout the world during lifesaving microsurgical operations and cutting-edge dental procedures.
This is a home-based position: The ideal candidate should live in the Western Half of CT (Hartford, West Hartford, Bristol, Waterbury area).
You will be calling on: Surgeons, Hospitals, Operating Rooms, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Surgical Residency Programs, Dental Schools, and Dental Hygiene Schools in your assigned territory.
The candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and career-oriented. This is an excellent opportunity to establish a career in medical sales with a well-known and respected leader in their field.
Responsibilities and Duties
85% of your activity will be following up on leads provided to you by the company. You must organize your own travel schedule and maintain your own calendar of appointments. You are expected to meet with medical and dental professionals that want to see you throughout your exclusive territory demonstrating our Magnification and Illumination solutions. Besides the opportunities covering the territory, the company attends several dozen professional meetings throughout the country and our sales representatives are each assigned to 8-12 of these a year.
Qualifications and Skills
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, be organized, self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Must enjoy travel. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED.
