What You’ll Be Doing (and Doing Well): • Making around 100 outbound calls daily to a mix of warm leads and new connections • Following up through calls, texts, and emails —because the fortune is in the follow-up • Setting quality appointments for our expert agents to close • Keeping clean, timely records in Brivity CRM • Most importantly: showing up with energy, empathy, and excellence every single day You’ll Fit Right In If You’re: • Naturally outgoing and enjoy making people feel heard • Experienced in sales, customer service, or call centers • Confident working with high call volumes and structured systems • The kind of person who thrives under pressure and stays organized • Interested in real estate (already licensed?
