📍 Remote | Based in the Northeast or Midwest (NY, NJ, PA, IL, OH, MI preferred) 💼 Full-Time | $73,000–$80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission ($30K+ potential)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales Representative to lead growth across the Northeast and Midwest regions. The focus of this role is on growing distribution and managing regional brokers. You will be responsible for expanding market coverage, opening new distribution partners, and driving execution across key retail and wholesale accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand distribution across the Northeast and Midwest by identifying and onboarding new distributors and key accounts
Manage and support regional brokers to ensure consistent communication, performance, and execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to open new doors within grocery, convenience, and wholesale channels
Track broker activity and provide detailed sales reporting and feedback
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches, trade shows, and promotional programs
Represent Savia USA at key regional trade shows and account meetings
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of beverage or CPG sales experience with proven success managing brokers or distributors
Strong understanding of grocery and c-store distribution in the Northeast and Midwest
Existing broker or distributor relationships in the region is a major plus
Highly organized, accountable, and self-driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Monday.com or Zoho preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 (based on experience)
Uncapped commission potential ($30K+ annually typical)
Flexible schedule with travel as needed (approximately 25 to 30 percent)
