    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with Prospects : Conduct in-person or virtual consultations with homeowners, building rapport and trust through door-to-door interactions or follow-ups on pre-set appointments.
    • Close Sales : Present tailored energy-saving solutions (solar, roofing, battery storage, and other home improvements), negotiate terms, overcome objections, and finalize sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Customize Solutions : Work with homeowners to design energy-efficient plans that maximize savings and align with their needs.
    • Maintain Relationships : Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster opportunities for referrals or repeat business.
    • Track Performance : Log all client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in our CRM system for accurate reporting and pipeline management.
    • Stay Informed : Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings, market trends, and advanced sales techniques.

    Positions are for local reps in their home area, with optional traveling opportunities available upon request.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience required.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
    • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
    • Teachable and coachable—ready to leverage our proven systems for success.
    • Reliable transportation and a smartphone.

    Physical Demands

    • Work outside in all weather conditions.
    • Walk extended distances and stand for extended periods.
    • Ability and willingness to travel, as required, for job-related functions.
