What You'll Do

• Go door-to-door using a proven, consultative sales approach
• Educate homeowners on pest control services and tailored solutions
• Build rapport and confidently guide conversations
• Track daily activity and performance metrics
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and field coaching

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $1,000–$2,500+ per week based on performance
• Uncapped commission — no income ceiling
