    POSITION OVERVIEW

    We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Water Sales Representativeto join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales while helping homeowners and businesses during some of their most stressful situations.

    In this role, you will respond to water damage emergencies, meet with customers on-site, assess their needs, explain our water mitigation services, and guide them through the restoration process. Previous water mitigation experience is not required. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be available to respond to customer emergencies during evenings and weekends, and have a passion for helping people.

    No Water Mitigation experience needed - We will provide the training needed to become successful in the industry.

    Work Schedule

    Because water damage emergencies happen unexpectedly, this position requires flexibility.

    • Full-time position with a variable schedule. Begin shift at 7:30 am and then on the road most of the day going to client sites.

    • Must be available to respond to customer emergencies during evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours on a rotating basis.

    • Some days may follow a traditional schedule, while others require responding immediately when emergency calls are received.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Respond promptly to water damage emergencies and customer service calls.

    • Meet with homeowners, business owners, and property managers to assess water mitigation needs.

    • Educate customers on the water mitigation and restoration process.

    • Coordinate with insurance to obtain claim number, details, complete paperwork, and collect photos.

    • Prepare estimates and explain recommended services in a professional, consultative manner.

    • Build trust and provide exceptional customer service during stressful situations.

    • Coordinate with technicians and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

    • Follow up with customers throughout the project to ensure satisfaction.

    • Develop relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and other referral partners.

    • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the company's CRM.

    • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.

    • Participate in ongoing sales and industry training.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required

    • High school diploma or GED required.

    • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience with great sales acumen.

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

    • Exhibits strong team player/builder skills.

    • Comfortable meeting new people and working independently.

    • Comfortable working in the office and on the road.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Ability to self manage.

    • Ability to remain calm and empathetic when assisting customers during emergencies.

    • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.

    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
