360 Painting of Coral Springs is growing fast, and we’re looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to generate their own leads, walk neighborhoods, visit businesses, build relationships, and turn opportunities into revenue. We don’t micromanage—we provide tools, support, and clear expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting daily and generating your own leads – door-to-door, networking, events, referrals, whatever works.

Conducting in-person estimates for homeowners and business owners.

Following up and closing deals quickly and efficiently.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and attending weekly meetings.

Handling 10–15 leads per week (some provided, but we expect you to bring your own).

Representing our brand with professionalism, energy, and results-driven focus.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of proven sales success (home services, construction, or real estate preferred).

Highly motivated, self-driven, goal-oriented individual.

Strong closer with excellent communication skills.

Confident starting cold conversations with potential clients.

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Must live near Coral Springs, FL or be willing to commute.
