Current Hiring Needs

We are currently looking to hire 4–5 sales representatives for the summer season as we continue expanding throughout Utah.

As the company grows, additional opportunities may become available during the fall and winter seasons, including positions supporting snow removal services, holiday lighting projects, and potential leadership or management roles for top performers.

Territory & Service Areas

We are actively recruiting candidates located in or willing to work throughout:

• Park City
• Salt Lake Valley
• Heber City
• Provo (candidates must be comfortable with commute and territory travel requirements)

Reliable transportation is required, as this is a field-based role serving homeowners throughout these service areas.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
• Conduct exterior property evaluations and identify customer needs
• Educate homeowners on available exterior improvement and maintenance solutions
• Present customized recommendations and pricing options
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
• Manage the sales process from consultation to close
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent Sundance Window Cleaning professionally within the community

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Prior sales experience required (retail sales, phone sales, door-to-door sales, canvassing, customer service sales, or other customer-facing sales roles)
• Ideal candidates will have approximately 1 year of sales experience
• Candidates with 3–6 months of sales experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong communication skills, charisma, coachability, and a strong work ethic
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Professional appearance and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in in-home sales, exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, windows, construction, home services, or customer-facing sales
• Door-to-door sales or canvassing experience
• Experience working toward performance-based goals
• Strong consultative sales approach
