Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Galaxie team at the Bloomington, MN location! As a Sales Representative, you will assist customers with their home design needs and ensure an excellent experience. From bathroom remodels to kitchen upgrades, we do it all! The ideal candidate will have previous experience with interior design, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide them with product knowledge.

Work with walk in retail customers as well as contractors.

Follow our process and procedures in place.

Open to learning new things and being a team player.

Work with suppliers, subcontractors, and homeowners on selection quotes.

Follow up on quotes and assist customer with any questions or concerns.

Use our CRM pipeline.

Showroom coverage, keeping up to date on samples, displays, prices, etc.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred 2+ years of interior design (specify flooring)

Goal oriented person with a history of achieving success

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Self-motivated and driven

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Ability to quickly learn and adapt

Willingness to work a flexible schedule
