Sales Representative – Alfa Insurance

We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. You'll help customers protect what matters most while growing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Grow the business — Prospect for new clients, provide quotes, and bind multi-line insurance policies
Serve existing customers — Handle inquiries, process changes, accept premiums, and resolve issues with professionalism
Manage the work environment — Maintain an organized, welcoming office that reflects Alfa's professional standards
Support daily operations — Manage reports, documentation, and mail distribution to keep the office running smoothly
Make underwriting decisions — Assess applicant insurability and process applications accurately
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to obtain an Insurance Producer license within 90 days of hire
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
