Responsibilities: • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Be a self-starter and gain leads from door-to-door and self-driven referrals • Commit to in-person sales meetings and training • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met • Initiate Contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products and services • develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory Qualifications: • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Experience using a CRM is preferred • Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role • Must be able to or learn to door knock in storm areas • Must be comfortable with heights • Must be able to learn new skills • We prefer if you have experience with ladders • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $65,000 - $150,000 yearly
