Tropical Tile & Marble Distributors is seeking a driven Sales Rep to grow relationships with residential architects and interior designers. This is a relationship-based, design-forward role focused on product specification and project sales.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage relationships with architects & designers

Prospect new design firms and studios

Present tile/stone collections, new launches, and samples

Conduct in-person visits, lunch & learns, and project follow-ups

Drive specifications from concept through order

Coordinate with showroom and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

1+ years outside sales (tile, stone, building materials, or design industry preferred)

Existing architect/designer relationships a plus

Strong presentation & communication skills

Self-starter with solid follow-up and organization

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Nice-to-Have Add-Ons

Background in interior design, architecture, or showroom sales

Experience with CEU presentations or lunch & learns

Familiarity with residential construction timelines & specifications
