We produce premium photo and video content for top clients across real estate, corporate, small businesses, events, and social media. Our work speaks for itself — now we need the right people to help us sell it.
Who We’re Looking For:
5 motivated closers ready to start immediately
Sales professionals who are driven, goal-oriented, and not afraid to cold call
Confident communicators who can build trust and close deals
A passion for video, storytelling, and creative excellence
Individuals ready to grow with the brand and play a key role in scaling the business
What You’ll Be Doing:
Cold calling, emailing, and following up with warm and cold leads
Setting appointments and closing video production service deals
Representing Martich Productions with professionalism and passion
Managing your own flexible schedule — your success is in your hands
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven sales and customer service experience (commission-based preferred)
High-level communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and hungry to win
Strong time management and independence
Knowledge of media, marketing, or production is a plus (but not required)
Compensation & Perks:
100% Commission-Based — High commissions, no ceiling
Expected earnings: $75,000–$150,000+ per year
1099 contract with performance bonuses
Uncapped commission structure
