Qualifications: • 2–3+ years of proven success in in-home service sales (roofing, siding, windows, solar, or similar). • Currently employed top performer generating $1.5M–$3M+ in annual sales with verifiable KPIs. • Confident communicator with outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. • Driven, competitive, and self-disciplined — motivated by measurable success. • Coachable, team-oriented, and hungry for growth. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
