Sales Representative B2B Experience
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 base + commission
OTE: $125,000–$150,000+ after Year 1
About the Role
We are a well-established, growing distributor seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage and expand customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who has some experience, strong drive, and the right attitude — but may currently be stuck in a role with limited growth or upside.
We’re looking for someone we can develop, polish, and grow long-term into a high-performing sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Develop new business through relationship-building and outreach
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle with support from management and customer service
• Visit customers regularly in line with company guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and follow-through on orders and opportunities
• Build a healthy, growing sales portfolio over time
• Learn the industry deeply (training provided)
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
• Some sales experience with a proven track record (B2B preferred)
• Strong work ethic and desire to build a real career in sales
• Confident yet humble — driven but respectful
• Organized, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Comfortable with regular local travel and face-to-face customer interaction

• Based in Brooklyn or nearby
• Younger or early-career professional with upside
• Previously in a role that lacked scalability or growth
• Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
