    Position Overview

    We are seeking a results-driven, relationship-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of business customers throughout a designated territory, focusing on strategic partnerships, product education, and revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, retailers, and contractors

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fireplace, hearth, and outdoor living industry

    Conduct regular in-person or virtual sales visits, product demonstrations, and dealer training sessions

    Collaborate with the internal customer service, logistics, and manufacturers to deliver exceptional client experiences

    Attend industry trade shows and regional events to represent F&C Distributors, Inc.

    Track sales metrics and report on territory performance

    Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activity

    Requirements

    3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in distribution, building materials, or related industries

    Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and exceed sales goals

    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage a multi-state territory

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks

    Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region (+ 50%)

    Knowledge of hearth or outdoor living products a plus

    Valid Drivers License
