    BridgeMed Solutions Inc is seeking a Sales Representative

    Job Title: Sales Representative

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, Medical Device Industry Preferred

    Location: Local candidates only (must live in Orange County)

    Job Type: On-site, Full-time: M-F 8:30AM - 5:30PM - DIRECT HIRE

    Pay: Starts at $24-32 per hour DOE + Bonus/Commissions

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Ensure the highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving sales goals

    · Participate in product/service knowledge training provided to on-site teams on behalf of management

    · Execute presentation directives and standards on behalf of company

    · Assist customers with any questions they may have regarding featured client products/services at on-site events

    · Gain knowledge of the marketing and branding strategy of all new clients the company acquires. Apply knowledge of the product and brand to develop customized marketing strategies for client on-site events

    · Assist the direct manager with any day-to-day administrative support as required

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    · Associates degree or higher education preferred

    · Experience in sales, marketing, advertising, event, or retail-related settings

    · Familiarity with various sales and marketing software platforms

    · Experience in Negotiations

    · Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

    · Ability to identify and address customer needs and concerns proactively

    · Outstanding written & verbal communication skills

    · Excellent organization and planning skills

    · Self-motivated and results-driven

    · Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule

    · Experience in managing sales projects or campaigns from conception to execution

    · Positive attitude & eagerness to learn

    · Strong presentation skills to effectively pitch products or services to clients or stakeholders

    · Commitment to ethical sales practices and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

    · Must have access to a vehicle

    Physical Requirements

    · Able to sit or stand for up to 2 hours at a time

    · Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
