The Opportunity
This isn’t just a support role — it’s a sales-driven partnership position.
You’ll team up directly with one of our lead Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and act as an extension of their efforts. Think of yourself as their right hand — keeping deals moving, following up relentlessly, interacting with clients daily, and making sure every opportunity stays on track.
If you’re customer-focused, tech-curious, organized, and love closing loops, this is a fast-track role into long-term sales growth.
You’ll Crush This If:
You’re naturally organized and follow up on everything
You like talking to people
You’re tech-curious (networking/cabling knowledge = bonus)
You’re the “go-to” problem solver in your group
You want growth, not just a job
If you want hands-on sales experience, real earning potential, and a path to something bigger — this is it.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll spend about 80% of your time engaging with customers — before and after the sale.

Prepare and send quotes quickly and accurately
Follow up on proposals and action items
Keep opportunities moving through the funnel
Improve close rates through disciplined follow-up

Proactively manage Care Plan renewal opportunities
Log all activity in CRM
Maintain clean, organized customer data
Track reminders, action items, and follow-ups
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Compensation & Growth
Base salary + uncapped commission (up to 20% of base)
Commission paid monthly
Annual true-up bonus paid at the start of the following year
Clear pathway into Outside Sales or Account Management
Who You Are
Sales-minded and competitive
Customer-service driven
Highly organized and strong with follow-up
Comfortable talking with clients all day
Tech-curious — possibly the “go-to” troubleshooting person
Familiar with networking basics (IP addressing, PoE, fiber, switches, routers, WiFi, cabling) — or eager to learn
Experience in technical sales or senior customer support is a plus
Confident sending quotes, tracking details, and managing moving pieces
CRM experience preferred
Bilingual is a plus
If you’re early in your career, driven, organized, and ready to build real sales experience in a technical environment — this is your launchpad.
