    Bo Lacey Construction is growing quickly, and we are hiring Sales Representatives to support our growth. If you are driven to perform, take ownership of your results, and want to build something bigger for yourself, this is the right place.

    W2 | 100% Commission | $100K–$150K+ (No Cap)

    If you want guaranteed income and predictability, this won’t be a fit. If you aren’t ready for

    What You’ll Be Doing

    You’ll meet directly with homeowners to design and sell exterior remodeling projects

    (roofing, siding, windows).

    This is a structured, relationship-driven sales process built on:

    Warm leads.

    Trust.

    Clear communication.

    A respectful one-call close.

    Success here comes down to accountability, coachability, and resilience.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    Meet with homeowners to understand goals and design tailored solutions (including

    3D visuals)

    Perform home and roof inspections while educating customers clearly

    Present pricing and guide customers through a structured decision process

    Coordinate materials and hand off projects smoothly to production

    Manage ~2 appointments per day (typically 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 5:30 PM)

    Track activity and follow-ups in CRM; stay disciplined with process

    Represent the company with professionalism and a trust-first mindset

    What We’re Looking For

    Must-Haves

    Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance

    Comfortable with heights and roof inspections

    Ability to use personal vehicle for daily travel (60–120 miles in North-Central Ohio)

    Core Traits Strong people skills—you know how to connect and persuade Comfort working evenings/weekends when homeowners are home Basic tech skills (CRM, email, phone apps)

    $100K–$150K+ annual earnings (uncapped)

    Paid training ($500/week – 1st few weeks) + ride-alongs

    Schedule

    Evenings and some weekends required

    Target: ~10 appointments per week (1.5–3 hours each)
