SpringFi is a fast-growing business funding company based in Iselin, NJ. We help small business owners across the country access the capital they need to grow — fast, transparently, and without the runaround.

We're expanding our sales floor and looking for motivated people who are serious about earning.

What You'll Do Make outbound calls to business owners, qualify them for funding, and set appointments for our senior team. We handle the close — your job is to find the opportunity.

What You'll Earn $17/hour base is your floor — but this job is about commission. The reps who thrive here are the ones who treat every call like a paycheck. The more you produce, the more you earn — period. On top of commission, we layer in performance bonuses and incentives for hitting goals. We'll break down exactly how it all works in the interview.
