As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, building relationships with universities and student housing leaders. You’ll play a key role in generating new business through structured outreach and professional persistence. With your energy and proactive approach, you’ll help us bring our solutions to new campuses while building a rewarding career in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach to university and student housing decision-makers through phone, email, and other channels.
• Manage an assigned territory, actively work accounts, and maintain a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Use our database and CRM to track progress with prospects.
• Nurture leads into active opportunities and move them through the sales process.
• Travel during spring and fall move-ins to support operations and strengthen customer relationships.
• Represent College Products at industry conferences to generate leads and build partnerships.
• Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if candidate has proven experience as a sales representative.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital prospecting tools.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-activity sales environment.

Compensation

• $15,000 base salary
• $45,000 annual draw against commission
• Average On Target Earnings $75,000+ , with significant upside based on performance
