Job Overview:
Filta Salespeople are the driving force behind business growth and are responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals with commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service operators. We seek motivated individuals passionate about sustainability, customer service, and innovative solutions. Your primary role is to be a door-to-door salesperson that is tasked with driving new clientele and growth into the business.

● Knowledge of Commercial Kitchens & Sustainability – Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and eco-friendly solutions is a plus, ability to learn on the go is more critical.
● Resilience & Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, handles objections effectively, and adjusts strategies as needed.
● Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Comfortable traveling to meet clients and conduct site visits.
Education:
Associate's degree with relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree minimum. (You can decide what you want this roles degree requirements should be)
2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred in food service, sustainability, or facility services industry)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
CRM software familiarity a plus
Must be able to travel throughout the designated assigned area(s)/territory
Additional Information:
Training will be provided as needed to ensure you are well-equipped to perform your duties effectively.
Persons with experience in hospitality or in the services industry is preferred.
Bilingual speaking persons are a plus.
Compensation:
Base pay: $36,000.00
Performance-based commission structure: OTE of $60k-$65k
Additional Bonuses for exceeding KPIs, employee referrals and/or milestone achievements
Working Hours:
Monday- Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
