Our client is seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to expand their presence in the greater Philadelphia market. This role focuses on building long-term B2B relationships and selling repair, service, maintenance, and replacement solutions for commercial roofing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with building owners, property managers, and facility directors
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets
• Conduct roof inspections, prepare proposals, and deliver tailored solutions to client needs
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate reporting and pipeline management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience in the commercial roofing industry preferred
• Strong understanding of low-slope roofing systems; knowledge of additional systems a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven track record in B2B sales with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
