Responsibilities: • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM Inside Sales Phase: • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, and other outreach methods to build a robust sales pipeline. • Qualifying and passing leads to account executives for conversion, ensuring a quick turnaround. • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information on prospective and past clients. • Report monthly and quarterly on key performance and sales metrics to meet targets. Outside Sales Phase (after training): • Work within your designated geography to identify and close new business opportunities. • Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to drive client acquisition. • Represent CDCN in face-to-face meetings, showcasing our hyper-local marketing solutions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • CRM experience preferred • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related role (inside sales experience preferred). • Superb communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. • Understanding of the sales process and CRM tools (e.g., client database management). • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car for outside sales. • A college degree is preferred but not required. • Enthusiasm for working with diverse communities and businesses. Compensation: $91,000+ at plan base + commission
