Location: Temecula, CA (On-site, Full-Time)
Pay: $16.50/hour + 12.5% uncapped commission ($80K+ annually with minimum quota performance)

What You’ll Do:
- Call and meet with business owners to introduce Compass HR’s consulting services.
- Book and attend in-person and online HR meetings.
- Build relationships and learn how to sell effectively.
- Track daily activity and progress through our CRM.
