Sales Representative – Concrete Coating Estimator Earning Potential: $50,000–$120,000+ | Jacksonville, FL

Checkmate Coatings, a family-owned and rapidly growing concrete coating company in Jacksonville, is looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team. This is a high-energy role for someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, and closing high-value deals.

What You’ll Do:

· Conduct in-home and on-site estimates for concrete coatings (garages, patios, driveways, pool decks, etc.)

· Educate customers on our durable, high-performance coating systems

· Canvass neighborhoods around active projects to generate new leads and build local brand visibility

· Follow up with leads, provide estimates, and close deals using our CRM

· Coordinate with our install team to ensure smooth and timely project execution

What We’re Looking For:

· Sales or home improvement experience is a plus

· Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and engaging face-to-face with potential customers

· Strong communicator with confident closing skills

· Highly motivated, reliable, and goal-driven

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
