    The Role

    We are seeking Sales Representatives to manage the full sales process across inbound and outbound opportunities. This is a consultative, high-accountability role for someone who knows strong sales performance comes from diagnosis, education, and trust—not pressure.

    Sales Representatives at DentalQore are trusted advisors, not transactional deal-makers. How you guide prospects and set expectations directly impacts client success, company reputation, revenue predictability, and team morale.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Proactively engaging outbound prospects in a thoughtful, professional manner
    • Conducting discovery calls to understand practice goals, challenges, and readiness
    • Leading structured demos and strategy conversations
    • Clearly articulating DentalQore’s value without overselling
    • Managing deals through the pipeline with accuracy and integrity
    • Collaborating closely with appointment setters, leadership, and operations
    • Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting

    • Strong listening and diagnostic skills

    • High integrity and accountability

    Experience

    • 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales over the phone with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets is required
    • Experience selling services, technology, or solutions (not just products)
    • Industry experience is helpful, but not required — we value learning ability
