The Role
We are seeking Sales Representatives to manage the full sales process across inbound and outbound opportunities. This is a consultative, high-accountability role for someone who knows strong sales performance comes from diagnosis, education, and trust—not pressure.
Sales Representatives at DentalQore are trusted advisors, not transactional deal-makers. How you guide prospects and set expectations directly impacts client success, company reputation, revenue predictability, and team morale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively engaging outbound prospects in a thoughtful, professional manner
- Conducting discovery calls to understand practice goals, challenges, and readiness
- Leading structured demos and strategy conversations
- Clearly articulating DentalQore’s value without overselling
- Managing deals through the pipeline with accuracy and integrity
- Collaborating closely with appointment setters, leadership, and operations
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting

Experience
- 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales over the phone with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets is required
- Experience selling services, technology, or solutions (not just products)
- Industry experience is helpful, but not required — we value learning ability
