    Key responsibilities:

    Building relationships, qualifying customers, developing new business from cold calls and referrals, and selling the value of the many landscape services we provide

    Be adept at qualifying sales leads, making effective sales presentations, and managing customer relationships throughout a proven sales process

    Build and maintain rapport and positive working relations with field, office, and management personnel to resolve problems, recognize opportunities, and maximize profits

    In a timely fashion, prepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, agreements, and other required company paperwork; maintain written information relative to delays, changes, special conditions, and schedules, etc.

    Produce conceptual and finished landscape designs, including elevation drawings

    Requirements

    Experience selling and estimating maintenance and project contracts, service agreements, or any other intangible services in commercial and residential environments

    Landscape industry experience is a plus but not a requirement

    Should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM applications

    Must be able to work independently, effectively communicate our services and adequately answer customer’s questions and concerns to overcome their objections

    Individual needs to be energetic, motivated, and maintain the drive necessary to develop business in this growing industry

    Ability to work independently and in conjunction with Project Managers and Account Managers

    Extensive knowledge of site analysis, plant and hardscape design, construction methods, and grading

    Meet sale targets at the end of month and year.
