Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products

Build and maintain client relationships

Provide outstanding customer service and support

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage

Handle policy changes, renewals, and new applications

Meet individual and agency sales goals

Ideal Candidate:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Insurance licensed (Property & Casualty and Life) preferred

Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Motivated, dependable, and coachable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
