Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company on-site at assigned locations
- Engage customers in the service drive to identify glass and calibration needs
- Educate customers on service options and the repair or replacement process
- Build strong working relationships with dealership service advisors and managers
- Track daily activity, sales performance, and follow-ups
- Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals
