    As a Sales Representative , you will work on-site, engaging service-driven customers and helping identify auto glass and calibration needs. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for both customers and dealership staff, guiding each interaction with clarity, confidence, and excellent service.

    This role combines customer engagement, relationship-building, and performance-based sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent the company on-site at assigned locations
    • Engage customers in the service drive to identify glass and calibration needs
    • Educate customers on service options and the repair or replacement process
    • Build strong working relationships with dealership service advisors and managers
    • Track daily activity, sales performance, and follow-ups
    • Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals
    • Maintain a professional, energetic presence aligned with brand standards

    Qualifications
