This is a full-cycle, field-based sales role where you take complete ownership—from first conversation to closing the deal.

What You'll Do

****⚡ Own the Sale from Start to Finish

• Run appointments from inbound leads and self-generated opportunities
• Meet homeowners, build trust, and identify their needs
• Take full control of your pipeline and close deals

Deliver Powerful Consultations

• Conduct in-home or on-site inspections and consultations
• Educate homeowners on roofing, storm damage, and exterior upgrades
• Present customized solutions that make sense financially and practically

Close & Earn

• Guide homeowners through decisions with confidence
• Overcome objections and close contracts
• Follow up consistently to turn opportunities into deals

Stay Sharp & Organized

• Track activity, leads, and deals in CRM
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation — A truck is not required, but dependable transportation is essential.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, home improvement, exterior services, or related industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with homeowners, establish trust, and present with confidence.
• Coachable, determined, and results-driven personality.

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Full-cycle sales experience (end-to-end engagement through close)
• Experience with home exterior products or insurance claim processes
• CRM familiarity and pipeline management experience
