Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for selling Edwards Label’s printing services by developing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. This role requires proactive customer engagement, in-depth product knowledge, and effective sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Maintain and expand annual profitable sales within assigned accounts.
- Prospect and establish new accounts.
- Study product information to enhance professional knowledge.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Obtain detailed job specifications and close sales based on contracts.
- Explain technical product or service details accurately.
- Distribute promotional literature or samples to customers.
- Present proposals to current and prospective customers and negotiate pricing or terms.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Verify customer credit information and process financial transactions.
- Manage customer accounts, address complaints, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to improve processes and resolve non-conformance issues.
- Contact customers regarding inquiries, claim investigations, or adjustments.
- Recommend improvements to products, packaging, shipping, services, and billing procedures.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry trade shows.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Overtime Authorization and Requirement - Unauthorized approval in advance of working overtime and repeated refusal to work overtime are violations of company policy.

- Understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product promotion techniques.

Salary Range : $37,000 ~ $100,000 + plus commission
